Rental FAQs
What does the daily rate include?+
Your chosen mileage allowance: 50 or 100 miles per day. Additional miles are $10 each. Tax and deposit are shown when reviewing your booking. Delivery, if requested, is quoted separately after payment.
Is my car booked when I submit?+
No. Your dates are locked after we confirm availability and receive the required payment.
What do I need to drive?+
A valid driver’s license and qualifying insurance. Our team confirms eligibility and the required documents before the rental.
Is there a security deposit?+
The listed security deposit for this vehicle is $1,000. It is charged separately 24 hours before pickup, or at booking for a pickup within 24 hours. After a clear return inspection, we initiate the refund within 24 hours; bank posting takes longer. If issues are found, the deposit is held during investigation.
Can you arrange delivery?+
Yes. You can add or adjust delivery in Step 2 when reviewing your booking. Delivery is quoted separately after payment.
What if my plans change?+
Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund, including the $100 Date Lock. More than 24 but less than 48 hours before pickup, we retain $100 and refund the rest. Within 24 hours or for a no-show, rental payments are non-refundable. The refundable deposit is not a cancellation penalty. If Ark denies eligibility or cannot fulfill your rental, you receive a full refund. Your exact cutoff appears before payment.
